At Iron Duck Co., all apparel and products are custom made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not currently accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
  
• Color/design preference changes
• Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers

However, if you receive an incorrect item, or fulfillment error on our end, please contact us upon delivery and we will gladly work to make it right.

To help avoid sizing issues, we strongly encourage reviewing all sizing information carefully before placing your order.
